Welcome to Ink Still Dripping (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are in place to protect our artists, piercers, staff, and studio. Please read them carefully before booking, purchasing, or visiting.

• Ink Still Dripping is a professional tattoo and piercing studio offering body art, piercing services, and related merchandise.
• By booking or receiving services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and can provide valid government-issued photo identification.
• We do not provide tattoos or piercings to minors under any circumstances, including with parental consent.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at our sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to health, safety, intoxication, or disrespectful behavior.

• All deposits are 100% non-refundable — no exceptions.
• A deposit is required to secure every tattoo or piercing appointment.
• Deposits are applied to the final cost of your service.
• If you cancel, fail to appear, or provide less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
• If you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred one time only to a new appointment. Any further changes require a new deposit.
• No-shows, repeated cancellations, or excessive rescheduling may result in denial of future bookings.

All clients must sign a Consent & Waiver Form before receiving services, confirming that:

• You understand the risks associated with tattoos and piercings.
• You accept full responsibility for proper aftercare.
• You release Ink Still Dripping from liability for complications.
• You have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, or skin issues prior to your appointment.

We will not perform services if you appear under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or are otherwise unfit.

• All tattoo designs are original works and remain the intellectual property of Ink Still Dripping unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Piercing placements and jewelry choices are at the discretion of our piercers for safety and anatomical suitability.
• All media (photos/videos) captured in the studio — by staff, clients, or guests — are the property of Ink Still Dripping.
• Ink Still Dripping reserves the right to edit, reproduce, and publish such media in perpetuity for commercial, promotional, and portfolio purposes.
• Clients may not record procedures without prior approval. Unauthorized monetized recordings entitle Ink Still Dripping to 95% of profits, plus an additional 5% if legal enforcement is required.

• All deposits and service payments are non-refundable.
• Tattoo and piercing services are permanent/physical in nature and cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
• Touch-ups are never free and are considered new, billable services.
• Jewelry that is lost, rejected, or damaged after leaving the studio is the sole responsibility of the client.
• All jewelry sales are final (except defective items, per hygiene laws).
• Merchandise may be exchanged within 3 days if unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with receipt.

• Healing times vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed.
• Factors such as skin type, body chemistry, placement, medical conditions, and aftercare practices affect results.
• Ink Still Dripping makes no warranties or guarantees regarding healed appearance, color retention, or longevity.
• By receiving services, you accept full responsibility for proper aftercare and release the studio from liability for unsatisfactory healing or results.

• Respectful conduct is required at all times. Abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior will result in removal without refund.
• Only one guest per client is permitted in procedure areas to maintain a sanitary, professional environment.
• No children or pets are allowed in the studio — no exceptions.
• Ink Still Dripping is not responsible for personal belongings brought into the studio.

By booking or receiving services, you acknowledge the inherent risks of tattoos and piercings, including but not limited to infection, allergic reaction, fading, migration, rejection, or scarring.

Ink Still Dripping, its artists, piercers, and staff are not responsible for complications arising from the procedure, client neglect, lifestyle choices, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

You agree not to hold Ink Still Dripping liable for dissatisfaction with subjective results such as placement, design, size, or healed appearance once services have been rendered.

• You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or copy content without permission.
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from our site.

Ink Still Dripping reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted with a revised “last updated” date.

By booking, purchasing, or receiving services from Ink Still Dripping, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, and you release the studio and its staff from liability beyond what is required by law.
